Es tracta d’un primer estudi exploratori, no exhaustiu i que ens agradaria que fos una primera aportació d’un treball futur més extens de suport a les xarxes alimentàries. L’informe sistematitza la diagnosi dels diversos subsectors agroalimentaris locals durant la crisi sanitària del coronavirus, els seus reptes interns, les demandes específiques a les administracions públiques i un recull de consideracions finals amb l’objectiu de continuar reflexionant sobre la sostenibilitat d’aquestes xarxes en el territori català. |
| Summary | The aim of this report is to collect and make visible the effects of COVID-19 on local agri-foods and on the reptiles that this new scenario entails for them. This is a first exploratory study, which is not exhaustive and which we would like to see as a first contribution to a more extensive future work in support of food xarxes. The report systematises the diagnosis of the various local agri-food subsectors during the coronavirus health crisis, their internal challenges, the specific demands made on public administrations and a list of final considerations with the aim of further final considerations with the aim of continuing to reflect on the sustainability of these viruses in the Catalan territory. |
